How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Please allow an additional 24-48 hours for our team to professionally assemble and grip your custom complete orders.
What is your return policy on used equipment?
We only accept returns on items in brand-new, unused condition within 30 days of purchase. Once a skateboard has been skated, gripped, or assembled, it cannot be returned due to safety and resale standards.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, TGM Skateboards ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and your location.
Can I request a specific color for my skateboard truck bushings?
Trucks are generally sold as pictured. However, if you have a specific request for hardware or bushing colors, please include a note in your order and our warehouse team will do their best to accommodate based on current inventory.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
