At TGM Skateboards, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and unassembled products in their original packaging. Please note that once a skateboard deck has been gripped or assembled, it is no longer eligible for return.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in brand-new condition, with all original tags and packaging intact; hardware must not have been mounted to decks.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in a sturdy shipping box and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package via a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
