Includes a Used and Returned set of Powell Peralta Nano Rat Dragon formula wheels. A detailed inspection shows no signs of flat spots but the wheels have been skated a handful of times.

An outer edge like you are use to, a lock-on inner edge and center set bearings give you a wheel that will upgrade your ride without changing the balance of your set up.
